Inky Boots is a tattoo and body-piercing parlor in Tackleford. near Kale & Hearty and Bank of Burgers. They weren't interested in purchasing Desmond Fishman's ink (which he spurts out, squid-style), and treated him rather roughly.
The name would seem to be after the film or musical, Kinky Boots, but those came out in 2005 and 2012 respectively and this parlor claims to be founded in 1984, so maybe it instead got the inspiration for the name from a 1964 song.
It's unknown whether any of Amy Beckwith-Chilton's many tattoos were obtained here.
